Important notes:

This is a personal and non-transferable invitation;
If your company pays for your ticket, please select the appropriate rate under "Corporate Rate ";
We advise you secure your spot by May 31st to be guaranteed a place at the event.

Fees cover program costs, transfers, meals, and 3 nights' accommodation.

Alcohol is not included, and some optional activities outside the venue may have an additional cost.

Accommodation Details:

Shared Rooms: the default option is shared accommodation. Random roommate selection is encouraged for a chance to meet new people.
Preferred Roommate: you can specify a preferred roommate on the registration form. Both parties must indicate their preference for successful pairing.
Single Rooms: limited availability exists for single rooms. Priority is given to individuals with accessibility needs. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
